So, on Friday, as we were having a family dinner, I made the best burger that I’ve ever made. They were awesomely nummy-goodness-sex-in-your-mouth.
So, without further ado, here’s the recipe.
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1 tbsp tumeric
- 2 tbsp McCormick’s Montreal Steak seasoning
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 eggs
Mix with your hands and pat into patties. Grill on high until mostly done (bottoms are charred and cooked all the way thru). Flip and grill for 3-5 more minutes. If you want, add a slice of American Cheese for a cheeseburger.
