Chicken stock to chicken soup!

Ok, a couple of days ago I posted about chicken stock. 

I also can chicken soup.  Chicken soup is chicken stock with:

2 lbs chicken sliced/diced VERY small & fried, then cooked for a couple of hours.  Plus…a little more garlic, pepper corn, parsley, ginger and Bell’s poultry seasoning. 

Salt to be added after opening.
